The room was nice, beds comfortable, good sleep. Caracol NP nearby. Good breakfast, clean room and bed linen. Comfortable bed, spacious mini-bar.

We had a fantastic stay with clean beds and bedding, and a mini-bar that was larger than expected, able to hold a 1.5L water bottle. The breakfast spread was good and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast was great, with plenty of options and everything was fresh. The bed and linen were clean and very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The mini-bar was surprisingly spacious and useful, allowing us to store bigger items. The hotel's location was ideal, close to the local national park and with easy access to nearby downtown areas.
The receptionist we encountered on arrival wasn't very friendly or helpful, and seemed unaware of nearby events. Our room had some signs of wear and tear, such as poorly finished bathroom repairs and a few noisy corridors, which detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay.

The breakfast was delicious and we appreciated the clean linens and comfortable bed. the mini-bar was surprisingly spacious and could actually fit a decent sized water bottle. the location was also a plus, being close to a beautiful natural park and some nearby restaurants.
